I forgot to add a bonus code while making my deposit! What do I do?
No problem!
Go back into the deposit method used. For example; if you used the BetRivers Play+ card you would go to: "Cashier" then “Deposit” and then “BetRivers Play+ card”. At the bottom you will see a section that says “Recent Deposits”. To the right there will be a blue link to add the code. Click that link and add the code! Below you will see a visual guide on how to load that to your account.
Step 1:
Click Cashier. This will open a drop down.
Step 2:
Click Deposit.
Step 3:
Choose the method you used to make the deposit you would like to add the code on.
Step 4:
You will see the deposit page. Scroll down the page and you will see your deposit under recent transactions. To the right of that you will see a blue link that says add code.
Step 5:
A box will pop up for you to enter your bonus code in. After you have entered that click claim now.
Step 6:
If the bonus code was not valid you will receive this message.
Step 7:
If the bonus code was valid you will receive this message.
